Privacy

What we keep

• Your name, email and password (stored scrambled, never readable) when you create an account.
• The vendors you save and the chats you have with vendors.
• An anonymous browser id so we can count visits without knowing who you are.

What vendors see

Vendors see the messages you send them in chat. In their numbers they only see totals, such as how many people viewed their page. They never see who you are from those numbers.

Your chats

Only you and the vendor can read a chat. If either of you reports a chat, our team can read it to help.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from your account page. This removes your account, saved vendors and chats for good.
